Job summary

3dB Labs is seeking an IT Generalist to support our corporate team and growing mission. The role covers end-user support, networking, and infrastructure tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work with atlassian tools (JIRA, GitLab) and cloud/file services (Exchange, OneDrive, InTune). US citizenship and ability to obtain TS clearance are preferred; Linux/Windows experience is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship and ability to obtain US Government Top Secret clearance.
• 5–10 years IT experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT, Computer Systems, or related field.
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: Maintain and upgrade computers, peripherals, networking equipment; onboard new employees’ devices; respond to tickets.
• Networking Support: Configure devices for appropriate networking permissions; general troubleshooting; familiarity with Cisco CLI is a plus.
• Infrastructure Support: VMware ESXi VM management; backup and disaster recovery planning; run cable as needed.
