Job summary

3dB Labs, Inc. is seeking an IT Generalist to join our corporate team in a fast-paced environment. The role covers end user support, networking, and infrastructure tasks, with hands-on work across Windows and Linux systems, VMware ESXi, backups, and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain TS clearance.
• 5–10 years IT experience.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in IT / related field.
• Experience in Linux and Windows environments.
• Current or past security clearance is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• End User Support: maintain/upgrade devices, onboard new employees, respond to tickets.
• Networking Support: configure devices and troubleshoot networking issues; Cisco CLI a plus.
• Infrastructure Support: VMware ESXi; backup and disaster recovery; run cables as needed.

3dB Labs is seeking a skilled IT Generalist to join our corporate team supporting our growing mission. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great interpersonal skills with the technical knowledge to go with it. Our products are technically compelling, operationally relevant, and deployed around the globe.

For the IT Generalist role, the major list of duties include:

End User Support

• Maintain/upgrade computers, peripherals, networking equipment, etc
• Onboard new employees’ computers and handheld devices
• Familiarize new employees with the following systems: Email (Exchange), OneDrive, InTune, JIRA, web-based timecard system, Ninja1, ticketing system, GITLAB, Mattermost, WiFi, and VPN
• Respond to tickets

Networking Support

• Configure devices for appropriate networking permissions
• General troubleshooting/maintenance
• Familiarity with Cisco CLI a plus

Infrastructure Support

• VMware ESXi: assist in creating, configuring, restoring, and migrating VMs
• Create and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Run cable as needed

Requirements

• US Citizen, ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret Clearance

• Bachelors or Associates degree in IT, Computer Systems, or similar
• Experience in a Linux and Windows based environment
• Current or past US security clearance is a major plus
