Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support in financial services or mortgage preferred.
• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with VoIP, VPNs and remote desktop tools.
• Knowledge of mortgage software and data privacy/security best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled IT Generalist to join our team at a leading mortgage company. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive IT support across our organization, ensuring smooth operation of technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot office equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.) and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees, including hardware provisioning, access control, and account setup.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on servers, databases, and business applications.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve bottlenecks or failures.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and IT consultants to manage projects or resolve escalated issues.
• Document IT processes, incident reports, and asset inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience, preferably in the financial services or mortgage industry.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Experience with VoIP systems, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.
• Working knowledge of mortgage industry applications is a strong plus.
• Understanding of data privacy laws and IT security best practices.
• Well-versed in Microsoft products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
