We are seeking a Manager, IT, to join our fast-growing enterprise with career development opportunities.This role will oversee our IT infrastructure and safeguard network security.The Manager role will take lead in our IT service provider provides outstanding support for user setup/usage, proper monitoring and management of various environments, and coordination with third party vendors on various IT needs.
- Manage third party IT service provider, including performance, adherence to Company policies and industry standards
- Ensure proper implementation of companywide IT operations and initiatives
- Ensure proper establishment and monitoring of information security control (alerts, rules, policies), system configuration, and analysis of traffic flows and other continuous monitoring activities
- Perform regular audits and review of existing database to identify any potential threats or system improvements
- Excellent understanding of computer hardware, operating system functions, and components to support onsite and remote workers
- Assist employee interaction with third party service provider to resolve day-to-day support of PC hardware, software, and network issues and assist employees with carrying out maintenance and enhancement requests (including but not limited to install and using MFA tools, troubleshooting Google suite or Outlook questions)
- Answer IT related questions from employees, as needed
- Implement Cyber and Information Security Policy and GLBA Safeguard rules
- Stay abreast of industry trends to identify applicable impacts and collaborate with third party IT service providers and the business to identify necessary updates. Communicate such updates to impacted employees
- Work with third party vendors to ensure full system integration, issue resolution, and process improvements
- Ad hoc projects as directed
Physical Requirements:
- Normal physical strength to handle routine office materials and tools
- Occasional lifting and transporting up to 15 lbs
- Ability to sit for long periods of time

Full-time, in-office
Required/Preferred education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in managing corporate IT systems
- Proven experience managing third party IT service providers is required
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security, database management, and IT infrastructure
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints
- Ability to use independent judgment and be entrusted with confidential information
- Collaborative problem-solving skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with Google, Microsoft, Azure database
