CAKE Mortgage is a cutting-edge wholesale mortgage lender specializing in Non-QM products. We’re seeking a versatile IT Generalist to provide comprehensive IT support across our organization, ensuring smooth operation of technology infrastructure in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, manage office equipment and cloud systems, onboard/offboard staff, maintain servers and databases, monitor performance, and work with vendors to drive

Qualifications

2+ years of hands-on IT support in financial services or mortgage preferred.
Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, Office 365 and cloud platforms.
Familiarity with VoIP, VPNs and remote desktop tools.
Knowledge of mortgage software and data privacy/security best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain office equipment and cloud-based systems.
Assist onboarding/offboarding, including hardware provisioning and access setup.
Perform maintenance on servers, databases, and business applications.
Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks or failures.
Collaborate with vendors and IT consultants on projects.
Document IT processes, incidents, and asset inventory.
