Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on practice with technology hardware and software.
• Prepare students to take CompTIA Tech+ exams.
• Implement classroom policies and procedures.
• Monitor and differentiate instruction for in‑person and virtual classes.
• Encourage active participation and regular attendance.
• Track student progress using CertMaster LMS and attendance forms.
• Create syllabi and daily lesson plans aligned to CompTIA objectives.
• Collaborate with ITF paraeducator and Workforce Program Manager to support students.
