FinOps Weekly is seeking an IT Operations Finance and Asset Manager in Richardson, TX to strengthen financial governance, budgeting, and software asset management across Global IT Operations. You will partner with IT Operations, Finance, and Procurement to align spend with business priorities.

The role leads SAM, licensing governance, renewal planning, and cost modeling to drive transparency and value realization. A senior, cross-functional position with broad visibility.

Qualifications

• Requires strong experience in IT financial governance and software asset management.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
• Experience with enterprise software licensing and compliance programs.
• Collaborates with Finance, Procurement, and IT Operations across a global enterprise.

• Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX planning for Global IT Operations.
• Build multi-year financial plans aligned to IT strategy and forecasts.
• Maintain financial models for infrastructure, cloud, and applications.
