Job summary

PRI Global seeks an IT Business Office/Asset Analyst to support financial and operational processes within the IT Tech Ops tower. You will help ensure accurate budget administration, timely invoice processing, and procurement coordination.

The role bridges technical teams and finance, performing analysis and reporting to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making. Reporting tools include ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, and Excel, with emphasis on forecast vs actuals and spend

Qualifications

Strong Business Administration experience related to Business Financials in conjunction with IT Asset Procurement and Management.
Strong experience with statistical/data analysis, including the ability to conduct independent research related to procurement through purchasing, invoice processing, accrual thresholds, pre-paid amortization, forecast vs actuals, etc.
Experience working with Procurement / Asset Management Software

Responsibilities

Support financial and operational administrative processes within the IT Tech Ops tower to enable efficient IT operations and strategic decision-making.
Bridge technical teams and finance to ensure on-time invoice submissions and alignment to financial forecast to actuals.
Handle IT asset procurement (hardware and software license) and reporting with ServiceNow, SAP, Ariba, Excel.
Analyze regional device counts and supplier spend; compare spend to forecasts; prep data for RFPs.
