GlobalFoundries is seeking an IT Operations Finance and Asset Manager to drive financial governance, budgeting, software asset management, and cost optimization across Global IT Operations. You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement and service owners to ensure spending aligns with priorities and licenses remain compliant.

The role leads annual budgeting, multi-year planning, license governance, and executive reporting, delivering insights through dashboards, analytics, and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of IT financial management, SAM, procurement, or IT operations experience.
Experience managing enterprise technology budgets and licensing programs.

Responsibilities

Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX planning across Global IT Operations; develop multi-year plans.
Govern software asset management; licensing compliance, renewal planning, and audits.
Develop cost models and showback frameworks; drive spend transparency.
Partner with Procurement for vendor negotiations, licensing strategies, and renewals.
Provide executive reporting on investment performance and value realization.
