ITT Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across the organization.

You will deliver reliable financial insights, monitor performance, and drive data-driven decision-making with BI dashboards and reporting improvements. The role partners with the CFO and management team to translate strategic objectives into measurable financial actions, contributing to cost control, cash flow management, and overall operational

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics, Controlling, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Controlling, Reporting, or related function.
Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience developing financial models and reports.
Experience with BI tools, dashboards, and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

Support budgeting, forecasts, and financial plans (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
Analyze performance against budgets, identify variances, trends, risks and opportunities.
Prepare financial scenarios and projections for management decisions.
Review economic and business trends and translate to financial expectations.
Support cash flow planning and assess financial impact of initiatives.
Develop, maintain, and enhance financial dashboards and reporting tools.
Present analyses and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Lead or contribute to finance, operational, reporting, and BI projects.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness and reliability for reporting.
