Job summary

WSP USA seeks an IT Finance Analyst to bridge finance with IT operations, providing actionable insights and guiding budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decisions across the IT portfolio.

You will partner with IT leadership to deliver monthly performance analyses, manage capital investments, drive cost optimization, and uphold rigorous financial governance and controls across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional designation is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience with at least 3 years in partnering or FP&A.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, P&L management and cost-structure knowledge.
• Experience supporting IT organizations, technology portfolios, and cloud consumption.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to IT and business leaders, offering strategic insights and constructive challenges.
• Develop short- and long-range financial plans aligned with IT strategy and goals.
• Lead monthly performance analysis of expenses, investments, and KPIs.
• Prepare business cases and narratives to support leadership decisions and investments.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and cost allocations within IT governance.
