Job summary

WEX, Inc. is seeking a self-driven Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Technology team. You will partner with Technology & Digital to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that supports strategic investments and leadership decision-making across global teams.

You will conduct financial reporting and deep-dive cost analyses, enable standardized and automated processes, and support capital planning. A hybrid work environment is available, with qualifications in Finance or Accounting and 5+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably supporting technology or IT organizations.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling, formulas, and pivot tables; experience with ERP systems such as Anaplan and Peoplesoft.

Responsibilities

• Deliver budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Technology & Digital organization.
• Provide insights to ELT stakeholders and partner with Technology leaders to enable informed decisions.
• Manage monthly/quarterly close processes, accruals, reclasses, and SOX controls as applicable.
