Job summary

GlobalFoundries inc. is seeking an IT Operations Finance and Asset Manager to drive financial governance and budgeting for Global IT Operations. The role partners with IT Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Service Owners to ensure software assets are compliant and costs are optimized.

You will lead annual budgeting, multi-year planning, and executive reporting, while delivering insights through software consumption analytics and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT financials, SAM, procurement, and IT operations in a global enterprise.
• Ability to lead annual OPEX/CAPEX planning and multi-year financial forecasting.
• Strong governance of software licenses, entitlements, renewals, and vendor audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual OPEX and CAPEX planning across Global IT Operations.
• Develop multi-year financial plans aligned with GFIT priorities.
• Manage quarterly forecasts, variance reviews, and budget reporting.
• Establish financial governance for technology spending across services.
• Lead enterprise Software Asset Management program and license compliance.
• Drive cost transparency, showback, and optimization initiatives.
• Support investment planning, business cases, and approvals.
• Provide executive reporting on investment performance and value realization.
