GlobalFoundries is seeking an IT Enablement leader to align GFIT investments with business priorities and governance frameworks. This role is responsible for portfolio governance, demand management, and delivering measurable business outcomes across GFIT functions.

You will partner with business leaders to shape technology demand, oversee funded initiatives, and drive value realization with executive visibility and accountability.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in IT portfolio management and governance.
• Proven track record leading enterprise PMOs and governance functions.
• Experience implementing value-driven, product-centric operating models.
• Strong executive stakeholder management in large global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GFIT Portfolio Governance framework.
• Govern intake, prioritization, funding, and lifecycle management of GFIT investments.
• Ensure alignment between business demand, IT capacity, strategic priorities, and funding constraints.
• Lead executive portfolio review forums and governance boards.
• Drive investment decisions based on business value, risk, strategic alignment, and resource availability.
• Provide transparency into portfolio performance, delivery health, dependency management, and value realization.
• Lead the Business Relationship Management organization as the primary engagement model between GFIT and business functions.
• Support environmental, health, safety & security requirements and programs.
