• Drive value realization reviews and executive governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GFIT Portfolio Governance framework and oversight.
• Govern intake, prioritization, funding, and lifecycle management of GFIT investments.
• Drive investment decisions based on business value, risk, and alignment.
• Provide transparency into portfolio health, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Lead BRM organization as the primary engagement model between GFIT and business.
