Innova Solutions in Englewood, CO is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst for a 3-month, onsite engagement. You will partner with IT departments to lead budgeting, forecasting, CapEx/OpEx, and monthly close activities.

Responsibilities include TBM practices, cost transparency, ROI analysis, and creating showback reports, with a focus on process improvements and automation. Strong Excel and ITFM tool experience preferred.

Formación

• 4-6 years of financial analysis/accounting experience, ideally IT/tech/telecom.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of TBM, ITFM concepts, and tools (ServiceNow ITFM, Apptio).
• Solid GAAP, accrual accounting, CapEx vs OpEx, and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel skills with modeling, Power Query, and large data handling.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A tools (Oracle, OneStream, Essbase, SmartView, Adaptive Planning).
• Excellent communication to partner with finance and technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the finance partner for IT departments; support planning, spend analysis, and business case development.
• Own annual budgeting and monthly forecasting for IT functions (CapEx/OpEx).
• Manage month-end close activities, accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Support TBM practices and IT cost transparency; cost allocation processes.
• Produce and explain showback/chargeback reports to business stakeholders.
• Monitor vendor spend, contracts, renewals, purchase orders, and long-term commitments.
• Provide financial oversight for technology projects including ROI, TCO, and investment analysis.
• Drive process improvements, reporting automation, dashboards, and cost-saving initiatives.
