Lancesoft is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as the primary finance partner for IT departments in a Denver, CO onsite environment. You will own planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, collaborate with Accounting for month-end close, and drive TBM practices to make technology costs transparent to leadership.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary finance partner for assigned IT departments and translate between engineering and finance.
• Own the annual budget and rolling monthly forecasts for assigned departments; manage capex vs opex.
• Partner with Accounting for month-end close, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Support TBM cost transparency, cost taxonomy integrity, and showback/chargeback reporting.
• Develop KPI frameworks and executive-level financial presentations.
