Job summary

ITCO Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance team on a temporary, fully remote basis for approximately five months.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decisions and partner with multiple departments. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will build detailed financial models, perform variance analyses, and prepare management reports for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or finance or demonstrated quantitative ability.
• 3+ years in financial/analytical roles.
• Experience with SAP, Adaptive Planning, or Apptio is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and charts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting across departments (OPEX).
• Act as finance partner to functions; review spend and contracts alignments to plan.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analyses and identify trends.
• Support month-end close with accruals, variance analysis, and P&L/cash forecasts.
• Build detailed financial models for forecasting and ad hoc scenarios.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for strategic initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Maintain FP&A processes and look for automation opportunities.
• Collaborate across finance and respond to ad hoc data requests.
