Job summary

Right Click is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to serve as a senior client contact. You will support server virtualization (Hyper-V), cloud deployments (AWS/Azure), O365 migrations, and end-user IT services across Windows and VoIP environments in a multi-client MSP.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years of tech experience, MSP exposure, and strong security and networking skills. Travel and a clean driving record are required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of solid technical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in MSP environment.
• Microsoft certifications or related are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience supporting RMM/PSA, documentation, security and backup tools in a multi-client MSP environment.
• Strong identity, endpoint, email, and network security knowledge including phishing response and incident actions.
• Advanced troubleshooting of level 2 and 3 tickets with root-cause analysis and proactive issue identification.
• Networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, switches, wireless networks; site-to-site VPNs.
