Reporting to the Territory Supervisor, the Field Specialist will perform hardware-focused, break-fix services on various client products. Candidates should have the ability to troubleshoot and repair with moderate complexity, exercising analytical skills and making decisions based on company guidelines.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form
• Accept and complete all service calls assigned
• Complete administrative tasks related to each call
• Manage control and return of assets and inventory
• Provide functional guidance to colleagues if needed
