Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a Field Specialist to join its Infrastructure Delivery team. The role entails hardware break-fix services and on-site repairs at client locations, requiring basic to moderately complex troubleshooting and decision-making per established guidelines.

The ideal candidate has technical school certification, can travel to client sites, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicates clearly with customers and teams while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to drive to client locations and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicating clearly in written and verbal form.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Accepting and delivery of all service calls assigned.
• Completing all administrative tasks associated with each call.
• Responsible for control and return of assets and inventory.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
