Job summary

Gr8ttek, LLC is seeking a regular Field Specialist to join the Infrastructure Delivery team in the field. You will perform hardware break-fix services on client products, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper asset control and documentation.

The role reports to the Territory Supervisor and requires dependable transportation and the ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs. The position includes Dell/Lenovo certification training and offers per-call compensation with a per diem option for

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Own a basic repair tool kit.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer break fix support for designated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle service calls and administrative tasks.
• Manage asset control and inventory returns.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• May provide functional guidance to colleagues.
