AT&T Global Public Sector is seeking an IT Field Support Specialist (HT2) to deliver Tier 2/3 on-site and remote support for diverse IT infrastructure in Columbia, MD. This role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a minimum of 3–5 years in IT support, focusing on hardware, Windows OS, and AD security.

The position is full-time, on-site five days a week, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; 3–5 years IT experience preferred.
• 8570 certification required; Security+ preferred.
• Strong hardware/software installation, repair, and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Windows OS, Office apps, and secure IT practices.

Mansioni

• Deliver Tier 2/3 on-site and remote support for workstations, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform site surveys, document configurations, and create installation reports.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, install schedules, and cabling tasks.
• Provide end-user training and maintain secure IT environments.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure project success.
