Job summary

Requirements

• Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Technology preferred
• One or more years of experience with an Information Technology application or system
• Knowledge of applying technology solutions (software/hardware) to accommodate business needs
• Certifications are a plus
• Equivalent training and business experience may be substituted
• Proficiency with modern desktop and/or mobile computer technology
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and meet deadlines with little supervision
• Ability to construct meaningful sentences and polished writing skills
• Ability to work with customers and callers in a professional manner
• Advanced working knowledge of Information Technology (I.T.) systems
• General knowledge of compliance protocols such as Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)
