Job summary

Jobtailor in Connecticut seeks an IT Support professional to install, repair, and maintain computer systems, ensuring standard configurations and reliable operation across the organization.

The role requires 2 years of tech support experience, A+ and HDI certifications, strong Windows skills, and excellent communication. Training includes working with staff on system use and issue resolution, with occasional nights/weekends. This is a hands-on, team-oriented position.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of technology support experience or equivalent.
A+ Certification required.
HDI Support Center Analyst Certificate or HDI Desktop Support Technician Certificate required.
Strong PC skills in a Windows environment.
Familiarity with a variety of IT concepts, practices and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
May be required to work nights and/or weekends.
Valid Driver's License.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Job description

Maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, and replace hardware and software

Remain stationary 75% of the time or greater

Requirements
