Aspirus Stevens Point Hospital in Stevens Point, WI is seeking a Field Service Tech II to join the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team. The role provides Tier 2 end-user support across desktops, mobile devices, printers, and healthcare-specific technologies, ensuring reliable operation of IT systems.

The position requires 1–3 years of IT experience, relevant certifications, and strong communication and documentation skills to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Microsoft MD-100 or MD-101 certification.
• ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge or certification within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT end-user support for devices, phones, printers, and network access across sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues to ensure proper operation of healthcare IT systems.
• Maintain inventory of parts and manage vendor RMAs; dispose of obsolete hardware per policy.
