Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience.
• 2 years of experience in healthcare.
• 3 years of experience in computer operations.
• 3 years of experience in a desktop support position (help desk).
• 3 years of experience in a direct support help desk environment.
• 3 years of experience in network and systems administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support activities and moves/changes.
• Serve as campus-based escalation point for IT support.
• Follow up on requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate downtime and coordinate timely notices.
• Maintain documentation in knowledge base and shift reports.
• Mentor staff and support training initiatives.
• Provide feedback on staff performance and workflow.
