Responsibilities

• ITSM & incident management using ServiceNow, SLA reporting and escalation ownership.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure across desktops, networks, servers and cloud services.
• Root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on incident metrics, dashboards and operational analytics.
