Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in an IT Support position or related field.
• Must have basic computer and networking skills and fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Provide second level field engineering support to operational and technical support teams for Company’s Information Systems and System Users.
• Perform maintenance and upgrades on network devices and computer hardware.
• Respond to network and data security vulnerability alerts and assist with incident resolution.
• Install and troubleshoot digital signage, lighting, and audio systems used in events.
