Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of IT Support/Network/Systems experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
• Foundational networking knowledge and hardware/ connectivity understanding.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through incident troubleshooting and documentation.
• Perform first-level maintenance and upgrades on network devices and servers.
• Respond to security/vulnerability alerts and restore services.
• Install, monitor, and optimize network/server hardware and software.
• Document all work in the tracking system and participate in on-call coverage.
