Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an IT Field Engineer in Richmond, VA to deploy, support, and maintain standardized technology environments at job sites and offices. You will work with Meraki networking equipment, conference room systems, and endpoint configurations per enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of IT field support experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT field support, networking, or systems administration required.
• Networking or IT service management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deploys and configures jobsite network equipment and connectivity solutions.
• Installs and maintains field hardware, workstations, mobile devices, and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and resolves site-level technical issues per service standards.
• Maintains asset tracking, recovery, and documentation within established systems.
• Supports project startup and closeout technology requirements.
• Coordinates escalations with Infrastructure and Service Delivery teams.
• Ensures field environments adhere to enterprise security and configuration standards.
