Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an experienced specialist/analyst to support RightAngle development and interfaces, delivering requirements, documentation, and technical design. You will work with business users and IT to ensure reliable interfaces and reports while coordinating across functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years of related experience, with strong SQL, .NET, and leadership skills. Occasional travel and on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 5–8 years of relevant experience.
8+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience with RightAngle development and/or functional support.

Responsibilities

Provide direct technical assistance to key business users and support projects across applications (vendor & custom).
Develop and maintain RightAngle and outbound/inbound interfaces & Web services.
Write SQL scripts for troubleshooting and reports.
Coordinate with functional leads across all business areas and document decisions, risks and issues.
Manage communications between business users and IT with minimal supervision.
Occasionally provide 24/7 support and share responsibility with team members.
