Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the integration of ERP systems during M&A activities.
- Track, analyze, and help resolve issues related to ERP integration.
- Communicate with management regarding issues or delays impacting go-live timelines.
- Apply strong project management skills with the ability to learn quickly and execute effectively.
- Proactively identify upcoming tasks and guide functional teams to complete them on time.
- Manage multiple ERP systems simultaneously, including at least 3 complete lifecycle integrations.
- Bring 7-15 years of project management experience, with some technical background, especially in ERP implementations.
- Plan and collaborate with business partners for data extraction, troubleshooting, and refining data loads.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for mock and production data loads.
- Possess over 10 years of project management experience, including IT or related fields, and familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies.
- Influence and manage project teams without direct reporting lines.
- Experience managing SDLC projects using iterative methodologies is preferred.
- Have comprehensive knowledge of PMI project management methodologies.
- Utilize analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
- Exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all management levels.
- Possess a high-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures.
- Have at least 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS.
