Title: IT ERP Project Manager (M&A)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $70.00 - 80.00/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the integration of ERP systems.
• Track, analyze, and help resolve issues.
• Communicate with management regarding any issues or delays affecting go-live.
• Apply strong project management skills, with the ability to learn quickly and execute effectively.
• Proactively identify upcoming tasks and guide functional teams to complete them on time.
• Manage 23 ERP systems simultaneously.
• Complete at least 3 ERP integrations throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Possess 7-15 years of project management experience, with some technical background. Experience in implementing ERP systems is essential.
• Plan and collaborate with business partners to extract necessary data.
• Work with business partners to troubleshoot and refine data extracts for loading.
• Coordinate with business partners and IT to plan and execute mock data loads into test environments.
• Coordinate with business partners and IT to plan and execute data loads into production environments.
• Have over 10 years of project management experience, including IT or related fields.
• Experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle using iterative methodologies is preferred.
• Influence and manage project teams without direct reporting relationships.
• Experience with SDLC projects and PMI-based project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, quality control, and reporting.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting at all management levels.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• High-level understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures is desirable.
• At least 8 years of experience with Oracle EBS.
