A leading consultancy firm in the United States is seeking an experienced ERP PMO Manager to lead their enterprise project portfolio and ensure successful delivery of large-scale ERP initiatives. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 8 years of project management experience, including 4 years in ERP environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 4+ in ERP environments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of ERP lifecycles — from planning through post-go-live.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end ERP project portfolio, aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Define and implement standardized methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct project health checks, risk reviews, and stage-gate assessments.
• Act as the central point of communication for project updates and risks.
