Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to service requests for IT clients and systems; escalates as needed while owning the request through resolution.
• Prepares and configures IT equipment for client use; troubleshoots and coordinates repairs.
• Assists with warehouse operations including receiving equipment and inventory recording in the asset management system.
• Performs administrative duties such as scanning documents, scheduling appointments, and shipping/receiving packages.
• Maintains accurate incident/request data and asset management in the ITSM tool.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
