Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Equipment Coordinator in the United States, Illinois, Markham, to manage IT inventory, coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets for the IT department at the fulfillment center.

You will support technicians, report to the IT manager, and ensure accurate asset tracking while maintaining general housekeeping of IT areas. Strong troubleshooting and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Understanding of basic computer and network concepts with inventory management experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing computers; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Responsible for the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
• Support Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities as directed.
• Report directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment center.
