Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of IT experience with at least 1–3+ years in engagement, project, or delivery leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams in client-facing settings and translating priorities into delivery plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to manage competing priorities and risks.
• Familiarity with project financials, scope management, and change-control processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day delivery contact for the client stakeholders.
• Translate client priorities into actionable team objectives and coordinate delivery.
• Lead one or more IT teams and monitor progress against milestones and budgets.
• Maintain documentation and ensure risks and issues are tracked and escalated.
• Support change-control processes and accurate engagement reporting.
