Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Active Directory and O365 is preferred.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides second-level end-user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Diagnoses hardware/software issues and coordinates resolutions with Tier 1.
• Performs system upgrades and patches as needed.
• Documents incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
• Assists with training and orientation on new technology.
• Maintains security and privacy of systems, data, and access.
