Qualifications

• Strong IT background in both hardware and software administration.
• Experience managing clinical IT systems and the Experity EHR.
• Healthcare operations or practice management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ad-hoc building maintenance and safety compliance.
• Manage daily staff issues, appraisals, and leave processes.
• Coordinate medical trainees and induction activities.
• Lead in-house IT operations, including hardware/software diagnostics.
• Administer EHR such as Experity and manage appointment rota.
• Submit practice reports using Experity and liaise with stakeholders.
• Maintain patient communications and external collaboration.
