Job summary

Gastro Health in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time IT Manager - Support to lead our IT help desk and ensure reliable technical assistance for internal staff. This role focuses on workflow management, SLAs, and onboarding new employees.

You will coordinate cross-location support, drive continuous improvement, and mentor team members while maintaining HIPAA compliance and clear communication with non-technical users.

Qualifications

• BA/AS and IT management experience in IT support operations.
• Ability to onboard and train staff per procedure.
• Strong communication with non-technical personnel.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws as they pertain to software use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT support operations and SLAs.
• Coordinate workload and onboarding of new hires.
• Escalate complex issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain printers, PCs, networks, and security.
