Job summary

Homebase, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager for Miami Beach Urgent Care to support clinical operations and lead in-house IT administration.

You will coordinate IT, hardware, and EHR tasks while assisting the Practice Manager and Medical Director in daily management of urgent care and primary care services. The ideal candidate combines operations experience with strong IT skills, including hardware diagnostics, network security, and EHR administration on the Experity platform,

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical operations management with IT background preferred.
• Strong in-house IT administration including hardware, network and backend security.
• Experience with Experity EHR platform.

Responsibilities

• In-house IT leadership for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage IT operations, including EHR administration and security.
• Coordinate staff training and IT provisioning for trainees.
• Oversee health, safety and HIPAA/OSHA compliance.
• Liaise with patients, external colleagues, and suppliers.
• Support practice data reporting and use Experity reports.
