• Assist, plan and direct implementation and installation of statewide and vicinage-based computer systems; provide ongoing support.
• Manage a team of technology staff providing first level support in three locations.
• Oversee remote staff support, monitor and address their technology needs.
• Work with Windows Active Directory, Windows 11, Cisco switches/routers, Exchange, Office, Wireless LAN, Android devices, DELL PCs/laptops.
• Develop IT training for judges and vicinage users.
• Participate in IT policies, procedures and standards development and strategic technology goals.
