Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and three years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with CRM technologies and multiple enterprise applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to document SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer and point of contact for SCCO‑managed centralized systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues affecting vicinage, municipal, and public court users.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
• Develop and maintain components using SharePoint and SQL.
• Provide strategic insight to senior management as required.
