Job summary

New Jersey Judiciary seeks an Information Technology Analyst 3 (ITA3) to lead and support CRM-driven IT services for the Superior Court Clerk's Office. You will guide daily operations, troubleshoot enterprise applications, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet project milestones.

Ideal candidates bring CRM experience (Salesforce), strong Office 365/SharePoint skills, and excellent communication. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field and three years of professional IT experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and enterprise IT environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead engineer and point of contact for SCCO-managed centralized systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues affecting vicinage, municipal, and public court users.
• Independently research and analyze trends, updates, and upgrades to Judiciary systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet project milestones.
• Author, document, and maintain SOPs using Salesforce Knowledge.
• Administer user/device profiles following Judiciary protocols.
• Develop components using SharePoint, SQL, DRTS, and OMAS Security.
• Provide presentations and strategic insight to senior management when required.
