Job summary

The Greentree Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Back To Business I.T.) to join our Beavercreek, OH team. You will manage scheduling for client projects, dispatch field technicians, and drive high-quality customer interactions across support engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience can substitute.
• 3+ years in IT Dispatch Support.
• Client-focused mindset with strong customer service skills.
• Strong scheduling, coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and rapport-building.
• Excellent verbal communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer service and issue resolution; assign tasks and tickets to service engineers.
• Process service requests via email and phone.
• Manage ticket flow in the IT Service Management platform.
• Monitor resource schedules for prompt entry on requests.
• Proactively communicate with customers about resolution progress.
• Process deliveries and inventory movements.
• Collaborate with clients and internal staff to escalate issues.
• Review tickets for process adherence, thorough communications, and closure.
• Assist with generating client service metrics reports and reviews.
• Build and maintain close client relationships.
