Job summary

ECI Group is looking for a Director of IT Operations & Strategy to lead day-to-day technology operations while shaping the three-year roadmap. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution and own the IT budget, ensuring security, reliability, and performance across the organization.

You will partner with property operations, accounting, leasing, and HR to drive efficiency, build a high-performing team, and align technology with business goals in a growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Willingness to work from Atlanta office 3 days per week.
• Proven ability to align technology strategy with business goals and drive execution.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk management, and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology vision and multi-year roadmap with executive alignment.
• Manage IT budget, capex forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Lead IT operations, security, and service management across the organization.
• Build and develop the IT team, partner with business leaders to reduce friction.
• Oversee platform infrastructure including Microsoft 365 and property management systems.
