Apploi is seeking a Director of Information Technology to own all technology across our 23 offices, including hardware, software platforms, integrations, vendors, licenses, and staff support. You will be the primary liaison with corporate and outsourced IT providers, driving cost cuts and efficiency across operations, sales, and recruiting.

This senior, hands-on role reports to the COO and offers broad ownership, access to leadership, and a path to introduce new tools and systems at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on hardware setup, troubleshooting, and remote support for PC and Mac.
• Experience evaluating vendors, negotiating renewals, and managing licenses and budgets.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA as it applies to technology and data protection.
• Phone system or VoIP experience is a plus.
• Available for urgent outages outside normal business hours as needed.

Responsabilités

• Administer all office technology from purchase through disposal and track by office and user.
• Manage software platforms, including accounts, permissions, security settings and updates.
• Be the single point of contact for system connections and vendor relations.
• Oversee licenses, seat counts, renewals, and cost optimization.
• Lead move to new phone and texting platform, including migration and training.
• Develop automations to reduce manual work across operations, sales, recruiting and HR.
• Triage PC and Mac issues and coordinate outside IT providers.
• Onboard new hires, offboard exiting employees, and recover access.
• Run core IT security, backups, and recovery plans; document configurations and procedures.
