Job summary

Heartflow seeks an IT Director for Infrastructure and Operations to lead enterprise systems engineering, networking, and end-user services. You will own the multi-year roadmaps, ensure high-availability environments, and drive automation and AI initiatives for scalable, secure IT delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT infrastructure and operations experience with 5+ years in people leadership.
• Experience with hybrid infrastructure, cloud, storage, and backups.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust/SASE architectures and enterprise networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow IT teams across Systems Engineering, Networking, and End User Services.
• Own multi-year infrastructure roadmap across hybrid cloud, private data centers, and SaaS.
• Maintain high-availability computing environments and validated endpoints for Clinical Operations under QMS.
• Drive Zero Trust network access and secure site-to-site connectivity with InfoSec.
• Oversee service desk, AV/collaboration tech, and automated lifecycle for a mixed OS fleet.
• Advance AI/automation to reduce tickets and enable day-one onboarding.
• Direct IT controls audits for SOC 2, HITRUST, SOX, HIPAA compliance.
• Manage infrastructure budgeting, vendor renewals, and license strategies.
• Collaborate with Facilities to support office builds, moves, consolidations.
