Lilly Concord is seeking an Associate Director of Technology to lead a high-performing IT team in support of QC operations and manufacturing at a state-of-the-art site. You will drive strategic IT initiatives, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance of critical systems across LabVantage, Moda, Empower, and QC equipment lifecycle support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years IT leadership experience in GMP-regulated industry.
• Experience with IT audits, compliance assessments, and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable project and support delivery for IT systems supporting QC operations (LabVantage, Moda, Empower).
• Lead and manage IT projects within budgets and resources; define requirements and plans.
• Drive innovation using AI and analytics; deliver analytics solutions.
• Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity plans for the site.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, GMP) and cybersecurity standards; work with auditors.
